No Forced Labour
We do not practise forced labour. We employ our workers on a voluntary basis.

We do not engage in or support the use of child labor. Our workers must be at least age 18.
Ethical Labour Standard
Our ethical labour standards include, but are not limited to, treating employees with dignity, allowing employees the right to legal wages for work performed, providing employees a safe work environment, and giving employees freedom to leave their employment.
Fair Employee Treatment and Welfare
We ensure fair working hours, workplace safety and health in Unipipes. Suitable personal protective equipment is provided to our employees to minimize exposure to hazards at work.
We treat our employees fairly, without discrimination and value our employees by enhancing their skills and knowledge through staff training and development.
